| I get made fun of a lot here in Texas about my accent. One of the guys in the youth group said the funniest thing to me today that I felt was Xanga worthy. He said "Emily, if I ever here you say the word "where" without the second syllable I'll be mad at you" I'm pretty sure that word is only suppose to have one syllable, but I'll be flattered that he doesn't want my accent to change! :) |

| My birthday is tomorrow so the guys up in my office decided to take me out for lunch. We went to a place called Saltgrass that serves great steaks. We were finishing up our meal when all of a sudden this guy sits down at the table next to us. All of my co-workers at the table are starting to sort of act weird. I have not clue what's going. Finally I figured it out. Lyle Lovett sit down right next to us. It was crazy. I'm not even a big fan of him, but he is famous. Happy Birthday to me! |
